Amsterdam's Schiphol airport is trolling London's Heathrow -- which just received the greenlight from the government to build a third runway -- with the promise of a cake delivery.

The Dutch hub has been taking advantage of the endless delays regarding airport expansion as limited capacity in the UK means a lot of air traffic is going through Schiphol to and from London.

After 15 years of dithering, the government -- now led by Theresa May -- took the "truly momentous" decision to approve a third runway at Heathrow, which they believe will support trade and create jobs.
