Amy Schumer just shared a horrifyingly NSFW cake on Instagram

This gives a whole new meaning to "birthday cake".

Giving birth is one of the most beautiful, natural things in life.

But somehow the miracle of birth just doesn't look quite as beautiful when recreated in frosting and sprinkles.

Schumer, who is expecting her first child, just shared a photo of a cake made for her by her sister in law, and it is really something.

A big, NSFW something with a crowning baby head in the middle.

"My sister in law. And I can’t stress that enough IN LAW. surprised me with a horrifying cake and i can’t thank her enough. So I won’t thank her at all. @mofischhh something is truly wrong with you and i love you," Schumer wrote, adding the hashtags #haunting and, yeah, #butthole (this hashtag takes you nowhere. Saved you a click.)

Fans of Inside Amy Schumer will have a hard time not noticing that the crowning baby doll in the cake has hair that's eerily similar to Amy's in the sketch "The Perm."

And that frosting butthole will surely haunt your dreams.
