YouTuber Anna Akana teams with cute cats for anti-smoking PSA
LOS ANGELES -- Anna Akana is using her humor and viral reach for good.
The digital influencer, known for funny videos like "How To Put On Your Face," is among a handful of young emerging filmmakers who has partnered with nonprofit Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) and WarnerBros. Entertainment to release anti-smoking videos.
The overall goal in helping younger filmmakers develop these PSAs is to encourage "teenagers to abstain from using tobacco products and to educate audiences about the risks and health impacts of smoking."
