Four months after the terrorist attack on an Eagles of Death Metal concert in Paris, the band has been asking artists from a range of genres to cover their track "I Love You All the Time" as a show of solidarity for the attacks' victim.

Most recently, Beck and Elton John got in on the action, offering up their own versions of the track. Beck teamed up with the Strokes' Fabrizio Moretti and Nick Valensi for his cover, while John went solo.

They follow a long list of acts including Florence + The Machine, Imagine Dragons, Jimmy Eat World, Kings of Leon and My Morning Jacket.

"Instead, we are writing to ask for your help to 'Play It Forward.'"

Eight-nine people were killed in the November 13 attack at the the Bataclan theater. After the band returned to the venue in December, lead singer Jesse Hughes said he wants the band to be the first to play at the Bataclan when it reopens.

“Our friends went there to see rock and roll and died," he told Vice. "I’m gonna go back there and live.”
