UPDATE: Mar. 22, 2024, 1:10 p.m. EDT This story has been updated with current pricing and availability, plus a new FAQ about Amazon's eufy security camera deals.
Amazon threw us a curve ball this year with its Big Spring Sale, which kicked off March 20 and runs through March 25. In true Amazon fashion, deals started popping up days before the official sale began, including discounts on outdoor security cameras. And as the sale continues, we're seeing more products joining the list.
In case you blinked and missed it, the Big Spring Sale is a brand-new Amazon savings event that showcases deals on "seasonally relevant items," as per Amazons' blog. Seasonally relevant can mean a lot of different things to different folks, but according to Amazon, deals include select electronics, home products, sports and outdoor equipment, beauty products, and more.
If you're looking to outfit your home in security equipment, we're keeping a running tab on the best outdoor security camera deals from the Big Spring Sale below. Check back regularly for the latest updates.
Blink security camera deals
Why we like it
With 700 lumens of motion-triggered illumination, the new Blink Outdoor 4 Floodlight camera lets you see what's happening outside of your home in crisp HD no matter the time of day. Thanks to two-way audio, you can speak to people and pets using the Blink app on your smartphone, and get a heads up if that noise you heard outside was a squirrel rustling in the bushes or an actual intruder. With the Blink subscription plan (sold separately), the enhanced motion detection goes even further with person detection. At 40% off, you can grab this easy-to-setup security camera for an all-time low of $77.99 during Amazon's spring savings event.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Big Spring sale also features several notable deals on eufy security equipment, but buyers should steer clear, according to Mashable senior shopping reporter Haley Henschel.
"Anker's smart home brand lied about the security of its cameras to The Verge, which was able to bypass encryption and stream live footage from two eufy cameras through the cloud using a third-party media player last fall," Henschel wrote in our guide to the best home security systems. "There's no evidence that this security flaw was ever used for nefarious purposes, and Anker eventually owned up to it at the beginning of 2023, but not before getting up to some weird shenanigans with its privacy promises. It's going to need to prove its transparency and trustworthiness before we consider recommending any of its equipment."
