The Mega Evolution Elite Trainer Box is still $79.95 at Amazon, which is quite unique for the big box retailer. Usually Pokémon TCG fluctuates daily, so whilst it's not MSRP, it's a sign that stock levels are getting better and it's a matter of time before retailers have to drop their prices back to retail levels. At the end of the day, market value is what buyers are willing to pay for a product, so this is a a decent deal for sealed product ahead of Black Friday.
Mega Evolution kicked of its era with a bang thanks to the return of the most-loved Pokémon mainline game gimmick to ever hit the franchise. Mega Lucario ex, Mega Garedevoir ex, and Mega Venusaur ex headline the set alongside some of the best artwork I've seen in the modern era. Special shoutouts to Mega Lucario ex SIR alongside the Bulbasaur Illustration Rare and Special Illustration Rare line in that regard.
