LONDON -- A good neighbour is someone who lends you a cup of sugar when you run out or agrees to water your plants while you're on holiday.

But a great neighbour is someone with initiative -- someone who takes a proactive approach to their neighbourly duties.

While it has not been verified whether the cardboard apology comes from BoJo's neighbour or a contrite protester, we can only assume the sign was posted out of a sense of obligation to fulfill an ancient code of neighbourliness -- to the world, that is.
