Restaurant revolutionizes the way brownies are sold
Not all brownies are created equal.
There are many variables that influence brownie flavor — the presence of walnuts, the number of eggs involved, the baking mix involved. But there is no factor quite so influential as where the brownie is positioned in the pan -- and after years of treating all brownies the same, one restaurant finally gets it.
This image was posted yesterday to Reddit by longboarder116 under the headline, "This restaurant prices their brownies based on what part of the pan it was baked on." The brownies reportedly come from Philly Style Steak and Subs, in Norfolk, Virginia.

And clearly, this restaurant knows what they're doing. Center brownies are for people who want a gentle, smooth experience and edge brownies for those who want it a little rough.
Corner brownies? You don't mess with corner brownies. They're for the real cowboys.
