Chris Pratt is a known prankster, but his latest Instagram post isn't a joke at all.

The Guardians of the Galaxy actor just discovered a fake profile claiming to be him on Facebook, and has taken upon himself to make sure no one is duped by the Chris Pratt that's luring young female fans "trying to get their numbers and who knows what else."

He sent out a warning on Instagram Thursday night, hoping to alert people to the dangers of the imposter.

"Please know, I find this behavior reprehensible. If I find out who it is, I’ll have their account shut down and seriously would like to punch them right in the GD mouth. You hear that imposter!? Stop," he wrote on Instagram on Thursday, clarifying that if there isn't a blue checkmark next to his name on any social media account claiming to be Chris Pratt, then it isn't him.

He asked for others to let younger fans know about the fake account to protect them from the imposter.

"It terrifies me to think someone could be hurt, their feelings or much worse, by this imposter/potential predator," he continued before threatening the person behind the account. "If it’s you doing it, I’m warning you. Stop right now or you will be very unhappy with the outcome. Go find Jesus."

You can find Pratt's real Facebook page, which has almost 4 million followers, here.
