Irish 'coddle' pizza is the meat snack of your drunk dreams

Break out the pizza stone this St. Patrick's Day.

This St. Patrick's Day, give corned beef a rest and indulge in another savory pleasure. 

Coddle is a traditional Irish dish made from bacon, sausage, potatoes and other ingredients stewed in broth.

This version is a little less comfort food and a little more bar snack. It comes together quickly with leftovers or some help from the frozen foods section. 

Optional tip: Top the pizza with a fried egg and it becomes the perfect breakfast to prep your stomach for a day of pints.
