Cricketer's unique celebration is a thing of bizarre beauty

Well it's certainly original.

Unique sporting celebrations are a time-honoured tradition.

Footballers, basketball players, baseball players -- there are many, many examples of people coming up with creative new ways to mark a good play and express their glee.

Cricket is a bit different, though.

Stereotypically a "gentleman's game," you'd be more likely to expect a few cheers and some polite clapping when someone hits a six or bowls out a batsman than anything else.

Still, there are always exceptions.

The man writhing around on the ground in that clip is Kent County Cricket Club player Matthew Coles. He appears to be doing some kind of slug impression.

With over 2.5K retweets though, it's looking like it might catch on.
