Dave Chappelle appears with A Tribe Called Quest in first 'SNL' promo

We've endured a long, hard political slog this week, so it's only fair that we get a bit of respite this weekend. And that has arrived in the form of comedian Dave Chappelle hosting Saturday Night Live.

Ever since quitting his Comedy Central show years ago, Chappelle has remained elusive, often popping up unexpectedly to deliver a stand-up routine in small clubs around the U.S.

But along with his new, mysterious movements, something else has changed about Chappelle: he's now as buff as a UFC fighter.

His new muscles are on display in a video promotion for the show in which he's joined by A Tribe Called Quest, another entertainment icon from years past long missing from the spotlight.
