Does 'Furiosa' have an end-credits scene?
Thanks to the MCU, it seems like every major action movie features a post-credits scene teasing new franchise installments, or even a quick joke for the audience to laugh at. But does 2024 action tentpole Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga follow this pattern?
The latest film from George Miller serves as a prequel to 2015's Mad Max: Fury Road, telling the story of how Imperator Furiosa (played first by Charlize Theron, now by Anya Taylor-Joy) was taken from her home in the Green Place and came to serve warlord Immortan Joe. Given Furiosa's prequel status, you might expect Miller to include a post-credits scene further linking the film to Fury Road.
However, that's not what happens. Furiosa does not have a new post-credits scene. Instead, it weaves footage from Fury Road throughout the credits, ending on a very quick flash from the film. As if Furiosa's excellence weren't already enough, these credits will make you crave a Fury Road rewatch in all its shiny, chrome glory.
