Dog being taken away by police shows absolutely no remorse

We're on your side, Finn.

When a dog gets taken away by the police, I feel conflicted.

On the one hand, it's sad to see a pup that has made such bad decisions in life, but on the other hand, the pictures are always great.

Emme Thompson posted a photo Saturday of her dog being taken away by a cop for running away and attacking a deer. Wow, dog.

And yet, you have to admit the face he's making is priceless.

We just really hope he's OK.

Twitter was quick to jump on the dog's reaction with some all-too-accurate memes:

His face really says it all.

That's a great question. We would like the answer, please.

Luckily, Emme says he's made some progress.

Does anyone truly like deer? Finn, I'm on your side with this one.

This story has encouraged others to share their own dog-in-police-car tales:

The law doesn't mess around, I guess?

Finn, we hope you're safe and sound and are let off the hook soon.
