Modi gives Trump his famous bear hug and (maybe) it's what true love looks like
U.S. President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi seem to really love each other, like A LOT.
Look at these pictures of pure love during their first face-to-face meeting in the White House.
As you can see from these pictures and, in particular, the ones in the Rose Garden, Modi went for the bear hug, perhaps in an unabashed demonstration of friendship and mutual esteem or (more likely) to avoid a more embarrassing (though less intimate) handshake:

After the meeting, Trump went down memory lane, recalling his campaign pledge to be a true and faithful friend to Modi if he was elected.
"And that is now exactly what you have -- a true friend," Trump said.
Modi was also full of praise, describing the visit as being "filled with friendliness".
