Yale vs. Duke: Thankfully, someone has to lose
Amid a major controversy, Yale pulled off a big upset by beating five-seed Baylor in March Madness opening day action Thursday. That win sets up a matchup Saturday with the West Region's number-four seed.
Which is ... Duke. Yep, Yale vs. Duke is happening in March Madness, pitting two universities that in much of the popular imagination represent privilege and snobbery. (They actually already played this season, an 80-61 home win for Duke in November, but no one paid much attention then.)

Everything is awful.
Or is it really that simple? Watch this video from the Yale locker room after the game. It shows a bunch of college students celebrating an upset win in their school's first March Madness appearance since 1952.
That's actually pretty cool. March, see? Such a complicated, emotional month.
