Proposal takes an unexpected turn after couple winds up in emergency room
When planning a perfect engagement proposal, it's always a good idea to have a photographer handy to capture the excitement, tears of joy -- or in this case, the beautiful emergency room.
Reddit user Coltron4 posted a photo of his brother proposing in a not-so-typical romantic setting a hospital bed.

In the photo caption, Coltron4 explains that he was going to take photographs of his brother proposing in a park, but after a minor "wreck" on the way there, his brother's soon-to-be fiancé wound up in the emergency room.
Despite the change in location, the proposal still happened, and thankfully the brother still photographed it.
As for the couple, the brother assured everyone that they are fine and were on their "merry" way upon checking out of the hospital.
We're glad this engagement story had a happy ending.
