Donald Trump has a way of getting under people's skin, especially celebrities, as we've seen since the 2016 election.

Eminem spoke to Vulture about his feelings on Trump, tied to the release of his highly political album Revival.

"He makes my blood boil," Eminem said of Trump. "I can’t even watch the news anymore because it makes me too stressed out. All jokes aside, all punch lines aside, I’m trying to get a message out there about him. I want our country to be great too, I want it to be the best it can be, but it’s not going to be that with him in charge."

The Detroit rapper said he was curious, at first, about Trump's interest in politics, but put off immediately by the now-infamous comment diminishing Mexican immigrants to criminals and rapist. "What he’s doing putting people against each other is scary fucking shit," Eminem said.

"He’s very good at smoke screens," Eminem added. "He’s very good at flipping narratives. I just want people to think about things: What has he really done for you in the year since he’s been in office? The tax cut is not going to help the middle class. It’s going to help Donald Trump. That people don’t see that is so discouraging."

In October, Eminem performed a four-minute freestyle about Trump and partially directed at Trump for the BET Hip Hop Awards. Revival debuted to mixed reviews, but the artist still has a lot to say to our current President.

"I hope he gets impeached. I’d be there for that," Eminem said. "I want him to answer me because I got ideas for all kinds of shit to say back to him if he does." (He has that in common with Jennifer Lawrence).

Revival is on sale now.
