Well, it's come to this: Buy this house to get free avocado toast for a year

Looks pretty good, though. Well-seasoned.

Friends, it has come to this.

A real estate agency in Queensland, Australia, is attempting to entice potential home buyers by offering free avocado toast with the purchase of a home.

Yes, that's right: if you buy one of several houses from Ray White Sherwood, you receive a delicious slice of free avocado toast each week from a local coffee shop of your choice. The deal is in effect for a year, which means you could potentially consume 52 pieces of free toast.

This is the toast pictured on the listing. Honestly, it looks very good, with substantial avocado and a smattering of what appears to be feta. Would eat.

And all you must do to eat this free toast is pay roughly $600,000 for a house. Wow.

Well, check out these photos and see if it might be worth it. You never know!
