New 'Game of Thrones' trailer is just a bunch of celebs talking about how much they love 'GoT'
It turns out that Kristin Chenoweth, T-Pain, Aaron Rodgers, and Jimmy Kimmel have one big thing in common: they're giant Game of Thrones stans.
To get fans ready for the forthcoming eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, HBO released what can only be described as a hype trailer. The four celebs fart around on the Iron Throne and crack jokes.

Maybe their fandom doesn't shine through so brightly. It's possible -- possible -- they were paid to do this. (They weren't! Keep reading.)
There's no footage here. HBO's latest Game of Thrones trailer feels more like it's setting up an ad campaign. The celebs all hype a #ForTheThrone hashtag and the HBO tweet suggests there's more to come from this foursome, as they're starting on Season 1 "this week."
Shortly after this post published, a Twitter spokesperson checked in with some more details on what's happening here:
First, we're told they weren't paid; they just like the show a whole lot. And yes, there is more coming. Expect to see a T-Pain remix of the theme song, thoughts on the Game of Thrones musical, and more.
In other words: get ready for more of Kristin Chenoweth, T-Pain, Aaron Rodgers, and Jimmy Kimmel telling you to get excited for Game of Thrones. The final season is set to premiere on HBO sometime in April.
