'Ghostbusters' Twinkie is the best thing that ever happened to fat
'Ghostbusters' is back, the Twinkie has returned, and America couldn't be any happier.
This week, Hostess released a teaser for their limited edition 'Ghostbusters' Twinkie. If you thought the cream-filled, plastic-wrapped sponge cake couldn't get any grosser, guess again. This version comes in a subtle lime green, and features more artificial flavors than some of us thought possible.

Known as the 'Key Lime Cooler Twinkie,' the processed delicacy is modeled after the legendary Ecto Cooler. Who doesn't want to eat a dessert made out of chemicals and oozing slime?
But the Hostess promotion doesn't come out of nowhere. Never forget this Harold Ramis moment, when Twinkies became a teaching tool.
All hail the almighty Twinkie.
