Listen to Gwen Stefani's new single 'Misery,' and try not to get hooked

On her last single, "Make Me Like You," Gwen Stefani playfully criticizes the song's subject for giving her feelings she's not used to having. "I'm so mad at you cause now you got me missing you," she sings.

But on her new single, "Misery," Gwen has fully accepted that she's addicted.

"You're like drugs to me / So put me out of my misery / Hurry up, come see me / Enough, enough of this suffering / hurry up, come see me," she sings on the new single, which came with a lyric video that is a study in the art of doodling.

"Misery" is the third single off This Is What the Truth Feels Like, following "Used to Love You" and "Make Me Like You." Truth, Stefani's first album since 2006's The Sweet Escape, arrives March 18.
