Woman finds a stunning way to include late husband in maternity photos
Nicole Bennett's daughter will never meet her father, but she'll always have a few remarkable photos of him.
Bennett's ex-husband Deonta passed away unexpectedly several months ago. Even though the two divorced in 2015, Bennett wanted to include Deonta in the maternity shoot for their unborn daughter, London, who is due later this month.
So she and Jackson, Mississippi photographer Sidney Conley developed a poignant plan: Conley would Photoshop Deonta into the photos from their session.

Bennett and her son Landen, 4, participated in the photoshoot, and Conley later added older, edited photos of Deonta to the raw images.
"I had to position Nicole at a correct angle, correct lighting because the sun was about to set," he told ABC 7 News. "I had to put her in a position where it would make him [Deonta] fit into the picture as well."
The finished photos have quickly made the rounds online, but Bennett is just happy she can share them with her children. Landen already loves the pictures.
"He was like, 'Mom, how did you put Daddy in the pictures?' And I was like, well, he's an angel now, so we had an angel added to our photos."
