To get us pumped for the 2016 Rio Olympics, Ryan Lochte and the U.S. Women’s Gymnastics Team shared some special moments from their time in Rio thus far. Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway celebrated the anniversary of what we assume is one of your favorite movies, and stars including Nick Jonas and Chris Hemsworth got down with adventure.

Check out 10 of our favorite feel good posts from the past week:

1. Chris Hemsworth practices some stunts

A good actor knows how to work hard while having fun.

On Tuesday, the humorous Chris Hemsworth posted a video of himself working with his stunt coordinator captioned, “Killing it at stunt training with @bobbydazzler84 today, taking it to new heights.”

Seriously, Chris...that form and landing was IMPRESSIVE, they looked identical...really.

2. Bachelorette JoJo is no longer a bachelorette after season finale

As always, Monday night’s Bachelorette finale came with an abundance of tears, both happy and sad.

After an emotional journey, Season 12’s star, JoJo Fletcher said goodbye to Robby Hayes and finally proclaimed her love to the contestant who captured her heart since night one -- Jordan Rodgers.

After we watched Jordan get down on one knee and propose to JoJo, the couple finally got to make their relationship Instagram official...and Jordan had A LOT to say.

The newly engaged winner eloquently professed his love with a paragraph-long caption dedicated to JoJo, ending the sentiment with, “Here's to the next 100 years, and a 100 more after that, because no amount of time is ever long enough to spend with the love of your life. You are my everything, and I'm so ready to marry you and do life with you!!”

3. Ryan Lochte debuts a new look

Just in time for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, swimmer and gold medalist, Ryan Lochte debuted a shocking new look on Instagram. In a post captioned, “New look....Here We Go,” Lochte unveiled his adventurous light blue hair to get us all Rio ready. Here’s hoping Lochte’s talent and that blue hair attract a ton of gold medals this year!

4. Anne Hathaway celebrates 15 years of being a princess

Rest assured that the Princess of Genovia would never leave us hanging on the 15th anniversary of The Princess Diaries.

On Wednesday, actress Anne Hathaway (Princess Mia) joined us all in celebrating the iconic 2001 film by posting a boomerang of herself in character (pre-glamorous makeover, of course) dancing alongside co-star, Hector Elizondo.

Hathaway wrote a heartfelt caption, in which she paid tribute to an iconic line from the movie and thanked fans, “from the bottom of her heart” for holding Princess Diaries characters so dear to them for all these years.

She concluded her post with a touching shoutout to director Garry Marshall, who recently passed away, thanking him for making her a princess and being a wonderful mentor and friend.

5. Nick Jonas and Bear Grylls run into the wild

Singer/teen heartthrob, Nick Jonas kicked off Season 3 of the adrenaline-pumping Running Wild with Bear Grylls on Monday night.

As many celebrities before him have done -- including Zac Efron, Kate Winslet and President Barack Obama -- Jonas accompanied the expert survivalist on a two-day adventure to test his skills.

Of course, Jonas endured his fair share of physical challenges and unappetizing meals, and even had to strip down to his briefs and swimming in a frozen lake.

A grateful Jonas posted a photograph of him and Bear climbing a snow-covered mountain, sweetly captioned, “Thank you @beargrylls for throwing yourself off a mountain instead of me, greatly appreciated.”

In case you missed the “Jealous” singer roughing it in the wild, you can watch the episode on nbc.com.

6. The new Fab Five is living it up in Rio

The U.S. Women’s Gymnastics Team clearly couldn’t be happier to have landed in Rio. Star gymnast Simone Biles, 19, shared a photo of the five women proudly posing in a sculpture of the Olympic rings. After the photo was taken, we assume they all did impressive flips off of their respective rings in preparation for the games.

7. Green Day announced their next musical venture

Billie Joe Armstrong used Instagram to announce that Green Day has a new song coming out. “Dear friends! Green Day is putting out a new single called ‘BANG BANG’ Aug. 11. stay tuned for more details.. photo by Frank Maddocks #mynewband,” he wrote on Instagram. Why Armstrong wrote “#mynewband” is anybody’s guess, considering Green Day has been together for 30 years.

8. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth rock out to the Biebs

Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself” is the song we all loved to hate until admitting that we truly just love it. On-again-off-again baes Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth must feel the same because they shared an Instagram video rocking out to the hit in their car – with Liam surprisingly belting louder than Miley. “BGVs: @liamhemsworth. Starring: Barbie Da Beagle @beaglefreedom,” Cyrus captioned the adorable clip.

9. The Rock’s beautiful tribute in memory of a 7-year-old fan

When The Rock found out his #1 fan Gabriel "Tater" Singleton passed away from cancer at the age of 7, it took the actor a few days to find the right words to say in Tater’s honor. It was Tater’s dream to meet The Rock, and earlier this year, his wish came true. The two spent a day together on the set of upcoming film Baywatch and got to know each other. Not only did The Rock inspire Tater, but Tater inspired The Rock as well, who encouraged followers to #LiveLikeTater. He ended his touching tribute with, “After writing this post I'm counting my blessings and motivated to be productive today and run thru a wall like a maniac. Which would DEFINITELY make Tater laugh😂🙏🏾.”

10. See what Instagram would have been like in 1995

Designer Misha Petrick combined the modern-day sleekness of Instagram with the clunky frustrations of Windows 95 to show us what the app would have looked like back in the day. His animation will give you major nostalgia but also make you happy that Instagram wasn’t invented until 2010. We can’t imagine what 2016 would be like if food pictures and selfies got started all the way back in 1995.
