Leaked images suggest Apple iPhone 7 could come in 'Space Black'
The only bad iPhone 7 rumor is one that doesn't get us excited, which is why this latest one is a welcome tease at what might be coming next month: a truly black iPhone.
In a series of photos that purport to be an early look at the iPhone 7, we're shown a handset that is layered in what is called "Space Black."
Surfaced over the weekend by Netherlands-based site Techtastic, the back case is a much darker version of the Space Gray model of the iPhone, which is currently the darkest color available.

A couple of months ago, another rumor surfaced that Apple would offer the smartphone in a dark blue hue.
As always, the rumors and leaks (often well-done case mockups) increase in the run-up to a new iPhone release -- so for now, these are all just tantalizing ideas of what the new iPhone colors might look like.
We'll find out for sure when Apple officially unveils the latest iteration of its smartphone in September.
