Granted, this collection has been cheaper in the past, but the ever-shrinking quantity from its limited supply has been driving the prices up. That’s especially true of the included Destined Rivals packs — a hit expansion from May 2025 with restocks that have been rarer than the newer Mega Evolution expansion.
TCGPlayer, the dedicated trading card selling platform that’s home to some fantastic deals in the Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and One Piece spaces, only has one listing available for $277.99 with a jaw-dropping $200 shipping cost included. The Lugia ex and Latias ex Premium Collection is an Amazon retailer exclusive, so it’s less likely you’ll find stock elsewhere.
With Pokémon’s supply issues not ending anytime soon, and with the Pokémon Company’s sights firmly set on new expansions for 2026 like Perfect Order, we don't expect to see a lot of price drops on premium collections like this. If you want more Destined Rivals packs or the limited Latias ex and Lugia ex promo cards, this is probably going to be as good as it gets for now.
