Stop the presses: Joe Biden just put his Ray-Bans on.

In the middle of a Tampa, Florida campaign speech on Wednesday morning, the sun had the nerve to shine directly into our VP's eyes, causing him to squint for a bit.

Of course, being the cooler-than-cool man that he is, Biden did not let the bright sunlight outshine him. The Scranton native decided to casually reach into his pocket and pull out his extremely hip Ray-Ban sunglasses.

"I’m doing this because maybe when I need a job, Ray-Ban will give me a sponsor," the soon-to-be former VP quipped.

He then went on to inform us all that he has been wearing the sunglasses since he was 15 years old, proving that despite his age, he is the real trendsetter here.

Let us all go forth into the sunlight, donning our protective eyewear, and imagine a 15-year-old Joe Biden rocking Ray-Bans.
