Just before Justin Bieber deleted his Instagram account, he shared his greatest accomplishment to date: adopting what might be the cutest pup of all pups.
Todd is arguably a dog, although Bieber more accurately described him in a now vanished Instagram caption as a "fluff ball." Todd is a furry cherub, a cloud sent from the heavens above that just wants to snuggle. Now, tragically, Todd is a mystery.
