One inspiring teen got that elusive Justin Bieber meet and greet after all
If you thought Justin Bieber would never do another meet and greet, we have a vital lesson for you: never say never.
Bieber cancelled his pricey meet and great schedule last month, saying they made him feel "drained and unhappy." But he still stuck to his appointment with Sarina Costanzo, a 14-year-old in Missouri with cystic fibrosis who hoped to meet the pop star as part of the Make-A-Wish program.

During the meet and greet, which happened before Bieber's concert at Spirit Center, Bieber met Costanzo's family and one of her friends. He took a few selfies and -- most importantly -- gave Costanzo a kiss on the head.
"I was like, 'Oh my god! He just kissed me,'" a thrilled Costanzo told WDAF-TV in Kansas City.
Smooches aside, the whole meeting was a dream come true for the teen, who said Bieber's music inspires her every day.
"Having CF [cystic fibrosis], it's really hard to stay motivated to keep trying, and all the medicines I have to take — it's really hard," Costanzo said. "[Bieber], his songs, just inspire me to just never give up on anything."
With a tearjerker like that, we bet Bieber's not sorry he showed.
