Those "rare tree doggos" can sure be pesky.

Australian police were called to a home in Sydney on Saturday night after a woman spotted a koala lurking in her home's laundry.

She couldn't get in touch with wildlife rescue services, so decided to call police -- who fortunately had an officer on hand who could handle wildlife.

New South Wales Police posted about the incident on Facebook, which went viral, likely thanks to how it referred to the koala.

"Sutherland Police recently responded to reports of a rare tree doggo inside a local home. Luckily for the resident, one of the officers was a koalified WIRES volunteer who was able to remove the intruder," the post read.

Rare tree doggos. Welcome to your new favourite descriptor for koalas.
