Kirsten Bell may be a bit of a mess in The Good Place, but it sounds like she's got things pretty much nailed IRL.
On Valentine's Day, Bell took to Instagram to share a note she wrote for a couple getting married. She was going to write something congratulatory, apparently, but in the end she jotted down some marriage advice instead.
"After I was finished I realized what I wrote is pretty much the A-Z of how Dax Shepard and I keep our relationship healthy," she wrote.

Okay, so it's a bit mushy, but you've got to admit -- it is also quite sweet.
