'Kylie' may not be available but you still have options!

Kylie Jenner, cosmetic connoisseur and dog mom, recently lost a trademark battle for her first name against Kylie Minogue, the Australian singer. The Kylies had been fighting over the trademark 'Kylie' in the U.S. but, in the end, Minogue won and blocked Jenner from owning the name.

But, the situation does have a bit of a silver lining; Jenner has a new hobby. She can now shop around and find other things to trademark and get some badly-needed lessons on the legal system in the process.

Here's a few suggestions to get the ball rolling.

1. Corsets over T shirts™

2. Calendars™

3. All make up™

4. Italian Greyhounds™

5. The mirror selfie pose™

6. Any picture of lips™

7. Wigs™

Apparently she 'started them'.

8. And, finally, getting out of cars™

The possibilities are endless, Kylie, don't give up on your trademark dreams!
