LONDON -- Fans are reeling after TV personality Piers Morgan called Madonna's twerking on 'Carpool Karaoke' "utterly embarrassing" and made him feel physically sick.

In a TV segment on ITV's Good Morning Britain, Morgan hailed the pop star as a "walking talking trainwreck" and that it was embarrassing to watch "a 58-year-old" twerking.

Madonna recently appeared twerking in the trailer for James Cordon's 'Carpool Karaoke' segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

Morgan mimicked vomiting and said he felt suddenly "nauseous" due to the star's dancing.

Fans have taken to Twitter to express their anger at the remarks, with many questioning his comments relating to the star's age.

Many expressed their distaste for Morgan in general...

In a recent interview with Billboard, Madonna said she believes that women experience ageism more than men.

"Age is only brought up with regard to women. It’s connected to sexism, chauvinism and misogyny. When Leonardo is 60 years old, no one is going to talk about his relevance," Madonna said.

"Am I relevant as a female in this society that hates women? Well, to people who are educated and are not chauvinists or misogynists, yes," the singer continued.

"I understand that. “Relevance” is a catchphrase that people throw out because we live in a world full of discrimination," the singer opined.
