Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams is creating proud (yet somewhat confused) ripples in Singapore for the $30 bag she carried to the glitzy Emmys red carpet on Sunday night in the U.S.

The little triangular clutch she took comes from Singaporean brand Charles & Keith, and only costs S$39.90 ($30) in Singapore.

This is the bag she carried:

Charles & Keith is a popular and commonly seen brand in Singapore, with some 30 outlets across the small island.

The 20-year-old retailer now has over 300 stores worldwide, including locations in Asia and the Middle East.

Still, despite Charles & Keith's success, Singaporeans seem fairly confused and unaccustomed to seeing the brand mentioned on the red carpet.

The Telegraph, in an article about Williams' Emmy get-up, described the brand as "the new high street label to know" and "an insiders' spot for expensive-looking, sleek handbags at an affordable price."

Outside of Singapore, Williams' endorsement is giving the local brand a marketing boost.

On Sunday, Game of Thrones was the winner of the night, winning the coveted Outstanding Drama Series.

Looks like Williams has tons to celebrate besides her impeccable dress sense.
