If you've never drunk a frosty beer in the shower after a long day, you haven't lived.

No, this isn't another case of hyperbole. Shower beers are a genuinely excellent way to relax and unwind. That's aside from the yoga, meditation or that "exercise" thing.

Shower beers are also something that Australian actor Margot Robbie is a fan of, revealing that she loves getting into a cold one after a big day of shooting, in an interview with Harper's Bazaar.

"I like to have a beer shower -- a nice beer in the shower," she told the publication.

Robbie said she got the idea on the set of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot from Tina Fey's costume lady, who couldn't wait to get home and sink one.

"I was like, 'What's a beer shower?' She said she drinks an ice-cold beer in a boiling-hot bath or shower, and it made her sleep. I was like, 'That sounds perfect!' So now when I get home from work, I have a beer shower or a beer bath if I have time," Robbie said.

She knows what's good. The magic combination of hot water and cool beverage is rather invigorating, especially when naked.

There is a whole sub-reddit dedicated to the art, which is a bit NSFW, but it's proof that you should really give it a go if you haven't already.
