There's going to be a 'Mario Kart' game for smartphone

It's been a good week for Nintendo announcements.

On Wednesday Nintendo used Twitter to announce the next instalment in the Mario Kart legacy.

That's right, Mario Kart Tour will be a smartphone game. Now we'll be able to irreparably damage long-term friendships while on the go!
