Even America's most talented weightlifters have tough days at the gym.

Take, for example, this clip from U.S. weightlifter Mattie Rogers -- who boasts 206,000 Instagram followers. It shows the athlete accidentally shattering the glass at her local gym with runaway weights.

A gif of Rogers' video hit Imgur on Tuesday and quickly skyrocketed to the site's front page, with around 500,000 views.

Rogers shared another angle of the incident on Instagram.

But lest you thought Rogers' day was all broken glass and wide-eyed panic, she shared a final clip of her other, more successful snatches from Monday's gym session.

The young Florida-based Team USA 69 kilogram weightlifter has been lifting since 2013, and yes, she can probably out-lift you.

Correction, Tuesday, 8:50 P.M. ET: An earlier version of this post misused the term "deadlifts." It has since been corrected.
