Hero catch: Minnesota Twins ballboy should probably just join the team
Oakland Athletics fans and ballboys are unofficially leading Major League Baseball in jaw-dropping catches this season.
But this Minnesota Twins ballboy may have just topped them all with a leaping spear of a line-drive foul that looks to have saved one young fan from serious injury.

Watch in the clip below as our young hero guards the right-field stands with verve and vigor. After a screaming line drive takes a direct route toward what looks like a family in the first row, our hero springs into action.
He leaps. He gives full extension. He (almost) sticks the landing. He probably saves lives -- or at least some serious pain.
From the looks of it, the man and woman who congratulate our hero with awe and admiration are the parents of the young boy who nearly took a line drive to the face.
What's more, the Twins' record currently stands at 8-24, which is the worst in the majors.
Free idea: Move this kid from ballboy duties to a fielding position. Hey -- it can't get much worse, and he's more than proved his worth already.
