LOS ANGELES -- Our best hope for Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children is that it's as weird as possible. Fully creepy and kooky, mysterious and spooky, altogether ooky-level weird.
Given that Tim Burton is directing the adaptation of Ransom Riggs' novel of the same name, we're off to a flying start. Or a floating start. Both, really.
