It doesn't release until the end of the month, but Jay Asher's 2007 novel about a teen who commits suicide gets a worthy adaptation in this original series. Hannah Baker (Katherine Langford) left behind a series of audiotapes explaining the reason she killed herself -- 13 reasons, and they're all people. The stories interconnect and diverge darkly through the tormented recollection of her classmate Clay (Dylan Minnette), who loved her from afar until the end.
