It's a massive, long-awaited day for gamers with Nintendo announcing the Switch 2 in a livestreamed event on Wednesday.
We got glimpses of so many cool things: the new console, Mario Kart World, and more. It's safe to say people were pumped — more than a million viewers were tuned-in for the 9 a.m. ET event. And the reaction online, in general, was plenty of excitement — especially for some new characters you can race as in Mario Kart.
