First there was white. Then gold. Then there was rose gold, AKA pink. Then there was shiny black. So what will be the next cool smartphone color?

Nokia seems to be betting on copper.

A ton of images of Nokia's upcoming Nokia 8 leaked out on Baidu, and the phone looks...odd. It's somewhere between gold and copper, and it somehow manages to look both fancy and cheap at the same time. Well, except for that strip of what looks like plastic on top; that definitely looks cheap.

Other than the color, the latest batch of photos give us a really good look at Nokia's upcoming flagship, which will have dual Zeiss-branded cameras on the back and a home button/fingerprint sensor combo on the front.

The Nokia 8 is rumored to have a 5.3-inch screen, a Snapdragon 835 chipset with 4/6GB of RAM, dual 13-megapixel cameras and Android 7.1.1 Nougat. It will likely launch on July 31.
