Is it just us or are beauty trends becoming increasingly…bizarre?

Gone are the infamous squiggle eyebrows, reversed eyeliner and holographic everything because there seems to be a new, peculiar movement in the vast world of makeup.

We regret to inform you that nostril hair extensions are now a thing and yes, it looks as gross as it sounds.

If you're wondering how you can complete this interesting yet disturbing look, take a gander at Instagrammer @gret_chen-chen masterful creation.

Instead of using your boring eyelash extensions for your boring eyelids, you can become a hit at your next party by glueing them around your nostrils - as long as you don't sniff, sneeze, or breathe.

While this trend has caused quite a stir, many people can't get enough and have hopped on the false-nose-hair-bandwagon.

We truly hope this cringe-worthy style doesn't spread but if you're into what looks like tiny spider legs sticking out from your nose then this trend is definitely for you.

As for us, we're going to take a hard pass on this one.
