There's less than a month left until Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup return to Cartoon Network to save the world before bedtime. But if you truly can't wait any longer for a taste of some new Powerpuff Girls, we've got you covered.

Ahead of the show's world premiere at SXSW -- and to kick off Blossom Week on Cartoon Network -- Mashable is premiering an all-new clip from the series.

In this sneak peek, the trio discovers that a foe named Packrat has seized their shiny objects -- and they'll stop at nothing to retrieve them.

The Powerpuff Girls' return comes more than a decade after the series originally signed off from Cartoon Network, following a 78-episode run from 1998 to 2004. The cartoon's revival was first announced back in July 2014, and its premiere date was announced just last week.

Powerpuff Girls returns April 4 with two back-to-back episodes at 6 p.m. ET.
