Prince reigned at Coachella.

During the second weekend of the music festival in Indio, California, artists from Usher to Mavis Staples honored the music icon -- who died on Thursday at age 57 -- by covering some of his greatest hits, including "I Would Die 4 U" and "Purple Rain."

While not every performer incorporated a Prince song into their set, just about everyone did pay tribute in some way to the Purple One.

According to The Los Angeles Times and Rolling Stone, Ice Cube, Run the Jewels and Guns N Roses dedicated their sets to Prince. Stages were lit up with purple lights, a memorial was set up in one field and the singer's unforgettable cover of Radiohead's "Creep" from Coachella 2008 was played, reportedly accompanied by the message: "From now on, this is Prince's house."

According to The San Bernardino Sun, jazz musician Kamasi Washington and his 13-member band also paid tribute with a performance of "1999" featuring vocals from Patrice Quinn.

Anderson .Paak, who during his Sunday set brought out Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre (in a Prince TT-shirt), was one of the artists who opted out of a cover, writing on Twitter that the late icon "deserves better."
