The roast dinner burger is here and it's so wrong it's right
LONDON -- Roast dinners are a British institution.
There's something about the perfect synthesis of meat, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and gravy that makes this beloved dish so delicious.
So cherished is the roast dinner that one restaurant has built the ultimate tribute: the roast dinner burger.
Liverpool-based bar Seven Zero One is behind the heavenly concoction, which will set you back £9.50 ($11.60).
The "Sunday Roast burger" is comprised of roast potatoes, parsnip crisps, minted pea puree, carrot puree and a beef patty.
The contents are sandwiched between two Yorkshire puddings and topped off with lashings of onion gravy, which might get a bit messy.
Sadly, the burger is only available at Seven Zero One in Liverpool, UK.
Perfect for the days when you can't choose between a burger and a roast.
