Most of us would not be here on this Earth if not for sex. But sex wasn't always around. No, sex was actually invented, pitched and spread to the general public somewhere between the mid '90s and the 2010s.

It was only when musical acts like the Lady Gaga, The 1975, and BTS released their sweet, sweet melodies that it was even possible to fornicate. Sorry folks, whatever you were doing before that was decidedly not sex. At least, according to Twitter.

After a religious tweet from @livingforjc went viral for saying that sex was created by God, many comments first focused on the promoted viewpoint of sex.

But then the general response became "mmm, we're pretty sure that musicians being openly horny encouraged everyone else to do the same." Where would we be without Brendan Urie singing "Is it still me that makes you sweat"? Prince's entire existence? We would be completely sexless, that's for sure.
