Simone Biles is money.

The U.S. gymnast is expected to dominate in Thursday's all-around competition, but, first, she helped lead the U.S. women's gymnastics to the team competition gold medal on Tuesday night.

And, before she performed on the balance beam, she went through one of her small routines that proves how money she really is.

After the team introductions, Biles ran over to the beam and drew what looked to be a dollar sign on the top and side of the beam. But the gesture is more than just a fun quirk. The moment was aired on NBC's live stream of the event but didn't make the cut for the primetime broadcast.

You can see the "$" on the Rio bar from Tuesday's competition in the bottom right-hand corner of the below photo.

Many gymnasts make certain markings on the beam to remind them where they need to be to begin their to routine. Biles just likes to have a little more fun with hers.

Speaking to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette back in 2014, Biles said, "everybody puts their line on the beam, so I can never tell which one is mine. So, I put an 'S' on it, and it happens to turn into a dollar sign. People think I do it on purpose, but I don't."

Even in Rio, Biles still marked her spot and, sure enough, pulled down a great score of 15.3 on the beam, helping Team USA claim the team gold.

Next up for Biles: the all-around competition on Thursday.
