A brave woman risked her future scent to rescue a skunk that got its head stuck inside a jar.

Brandy McNeil of Hollandale, Wisconsin noticed a skunk in need on the side of the road while driving on Tuesday. The skunk managed to get its head stuck on a glass jar, probably while looking for some snacks.

I'm bummed I didn't get the jar actually popping off his head. It literally made a a sound. Lol. So happy this little skunk can continue on with his shenanigans!

McNeil tells WKOW that she called the state Department of Natural Resources for assistance, but decided to test her luck when they told her no one was available to help.

After a bit of a struggle, McNeil managed to free the skunk from the jar, and it ran off without spraying her with its signature smell.
