World's steepest street becomes a mind-bending Instagram craze

Probably because it’s usually cold and cloudy. But low winter temperatures aren’t all that’s on offer in ol’ Dunners (as the locals call her). They also have incredibly steep streets.
Take Baldwin Street. It’s been named the world’s steepest residential street, but only with the rise of Instagram has it's startlingly weird beauty been regularly on display to the rest of world.
